Our Brokerage Structure

Our commission is calculated as a percentage of the total transaction value.

1. Sales Transactions (Percentage of Property Value)

Within BBMP limits – Residential and Commercial	2%	1%	GST
Outside BBMP limits	3%	1%	GST
Industrial land/building and agricultural land	4%	2%	GST
Joint Development	2% on developer's super built up share	2% on owner's super built up share	GST
Goodwill/Pagadi	2% + one month rent	2% + one month rent	GST

2. Leasing & Rental Transactions (Monthly Rental Basis)

Category	Commission	Applicable Taxes
Residential, Commercial, Industrial	1 month rent each from lessor, lessee	GST
On Rental	1 month rent each from lessor, lessee	GST
On renewal of tenure	15 days rent each from the lessor, lessee or the approaching party	GST

3. Leave & License / Short Term Arrangements (Monthly Rental Basis)

Category	Commission	Applicable Taxes
Up to 3 months	1/4 month's rent each from lessor, lessee	GST
Up to 6 months	1/2 month's rent each from lessor, lessee	GST
Any tenure beyond 6 months	1 month's rent each from lessor, lessee	GST
Rental deposit exceeding 15 months	2% of the deposit from lessor, lessee	GST

Important Notes

The brokerage structure is applicable to both residential and commercial properties.

The commission is calculated on the total sale consideration mentioned in the sale agreement.

Applicable taxes (GST) will be charged in addition to the brokerage.
